Top Medical Research Studies

We designed a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to explore if vitamin K2 can effectively manage nocturnal leg cramps (NLCs).

Conducted in China with older adults experiencing regular cramps, participants were randomly assigned to receive either vitamin K2 or a placebo for 8 weeks. Remarkably, our findings demonstrated that vitamin K2 significantly reduced the frequency, duration, and intensity of NLCs, making it a promising option for those suffering from this discomfort.

Notably, the treatment showed good safety profiles, reinforcing its potential utility in managing leg cramps.

This works! I take vitamin D3 in the morning. I have always experienced a shortage of calcium and magnesium and suffered from leg cramps. I ordered this vitamin after reading about it. Note: magnesium isn’t suitable for me due to low blood pressure, but now, I have no leg cramps, and my calcium levels have improved according to my tests.

The product is excellent; after starting vitamin K2 mk7 with Magnesium Dimalate, my body aches vanished within two days. I previously used Cataflan on my legs due to the pain, but now I no longer need these ointments. I feel much better and sleep well.

Joint pain diminished
MK-7, Vitamin K2 is excellent. I previously took D3, but experts advised me to add K2 for better calcium integration into the bones. After a while, my leg joints no longer hurt. This product is truly beneficial, and I will repurchase.
